Greetings from Poland! :-))

Hello Everypony!

My name is Suzie, but here on the internet people know me under different nicknames/aliases. :-)) I'm a twenty-something student hailing from a city of Poznań - a small city located in the western part of Poland.

When it comes to "My Little Pony", I've been a fan from quite a long time... almost all my life, taking short breaks every now and then. It all started with the two G1 ponies, Daffodil and Tootie Tails (which I lovingly nicknamed "Calypso"), which my dad brought me from England when I was a toddler. As the years went by, my sister and I got more G1 ponies from the British car boot sales (a form of a flea market): I still have all of them and most of them are in a great shape after all these years. Also, we owned a couple of story books (which I still might have though I need to look for them), the suitcase with the MLP logo and Twilight on it, and even the (incomplete) show stable (unfortunatelly my parents dumped that one, because they figured we're too old for it, it takes too much room, and it's too worn to be sold). My mom would also rent us VHS tapes with MLP episodes, from the local video rental.

After a few years, my interest in ponies faded a little, though I still kept all my toys, out of sentiment. Though after I first started watching "Friendship is Magic" series, my interest in the franchise was "reborn" so to say. I even took out my old toys, and am currently in the process of giving them a clean-up: like I said, most of them are in a good condition (both me and my sis, were good children when it comes to taking care of their toys ), but they still need proper cleaning. Also, I started expanding my collection: right now it's nothing that impressive, but I still like it.

Outside of My Little Pony, my interests include: animated films (be it cartoons or feature films), musical theater, comicbooks, music and drawing.

And I guess that'll be all from me.

Welcome to the Arena!  Tootie Tails is one of my fav G1s, but I greatly dislike her name.  I'll start calling her Calypso!  It's pretty and suits her so well!

I'm really sorry for belated reply... Anyway, thanks a lot for your greetings. I'm really surprised and happy at the same time to recieve such a warm welcome. It's really amazing!


@kiwimlp - I'm really touched, happy and honored to be called a true pony fan. I've never been called that before, so it feels really sweet and it's such a boost to my self-esteem. Thanks!


@Colorscapesart - awww.... how sweet of you, that you too decided to call Tootie Tails, Calypso. To be honest, I didn't knew her true name until couple of years ago... all of the ponies I got in my childhood came from the flea market (with the exception of Stardazzle and Little Giggles whome my parents bought me here in Poland, when My Little Pony hit the store shelves) - they didn't come in any box or with any card and we didn't have the internet back then... so, when playing, I usually had to either guess their names (with the exception of Peachy whose name I discovered in one of the storybooks I had) or make up my own names. In Tootie Tales case, I based her name off of one of the Algida ice cream.
