Is dollyhair reliable again?

i hope i am not high jacking this thread but i just received a dollyhair order and it only took just over one week and i had needles in it which are meant to delay i think about a week or 2 and it had nice thick hanks in it not like the really thin hanks i received around last Christmas time, this making me nervous to order again and also i live in New Zealand so i was very happy and i think buy the sounds of things they are all good now........ but.........................
i ordered a DAIQUARI ICE which is meant to be a pale blue but instead i got pale green not blue like my last lot  of D.I.
can i ask here or go to corral or customs, is this meant to be or is it a mistake?

ps it is a shade lighter then mermaid and not really like the picture either but i do now i have received hanks that were a bit different from the picture

My hair came in today yaaaay! And soo sweet of Tina to give me a hank of Old Bubblegum as a gift
I ordered that color but asked her to switch it to Razzle Dazzle

I put in an order last week.  I hope I get it soon as I have a bald custom to finish.  I think having her hair on hand will get me motivated to finish her up!
