The flat face is kinda cute, but I just couldn't warm up to it enough to buy any of the dolls...I'm excited (but my wallet is sad) at the thought of new faces for some of the older girls. XD

It's funny that I didn't care too much for pancake face at first, but now I actually love it.  It's ok with me if they change it.  I already have the ones I wanted most.

I like the new face, I'm not that big a fan of the pancake. So maybe I'll finally get around to buying a few gals with this face structure.

Aw, their round heads make me think of Lady Lovely Locks and the Peppermint Rose doll so I'm kind of fond of them :biggrin:

It has definitely grown on me way more than expected :) I wouldn't mind the pancake face at all if they did the dolls' eyes like they do in the animation. I guess I just think the eyes are too small for the pancake faces :D Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't having a more sculpted face make it easier for the machines to paint the eyes in the right position? I heard that this is the case, and why the boys don't suffer from much eye wonk.

I'm not sure Salli but you're prolly right.
 I..haven't actually seen much eye wonk IRL though even on the girls that are known for it   (:faint: ). I'm not that bothered by eye wonk either though (unless its reeeaaally bad or obvious. I kinda think its funny and sometimes its cute too . ok maybe I'm weird :yikes: )

Same here!  I remember when the line came out that I just HAD to have Raven Queen because she reminded me of Raven Waves...and then I just had to get every character, lol!

Variety is good, however.  Lovelovelove Kitty's grin!

Rosabella is very nice.

I still can't stand the original pancake faces. I've found some old sold on clearance for great prices on couldn't bring myself to buy them bc their huge faces. I really want an Apple, too. I'm so thankful for the changes
