They may release the pets separately.  Actually, that would be pretty awesome because they could put emphasis on accessories instead of more versions of dolls we already have.

If Mattel called and asked me what I'd prefer, I'd definitely say release them separately (and FASHION PACKS!!). But knowing Mattel, I'm not going to hold out for that. If they ever release them with horses and equestrian outfits I may have to buy the dolls too. :shakes fist at Mattel:

Hi everyone - can someone remind me how to contact Raye about ordering EAH stuff (armwarmers, ginger jewellery/Darlings sword/shield set) please? I tried Pm but I don't think it worked or she might not take orders that way. I think the info may be in this thread somewhere anyways but I'd really appreciate it if someone can point me in the right direction :blush: *hands out cookies* :bateyes:  :cookie:

I did do a bit of restyling with her hair and I gave her earrings as close to what they should be as I could find in my collection. I may have to restyle the hair a bit more and paint a few of her accessories if I feel like making her a bit more accurate, but I think she is awesome as she is  :lovey: ...although she definitely needs her sword and shield I think ;)

PS - cant remember if I already asked about ordering or not! I dunno what I'm doing these days :blush: sorries if I'm repeating myself! :yikes:

I got Dexter's sword and shield in the mail yesterday (thank you Raye!) and now I have to figure out what to put on it. I think a jackelope and the family crest...

Ringlets, you should post photos of Darling next to some 80's Barbies. I'd love to see!

Vertefae, I can see what you are saying. Its the blue eyeshadow/platinum hair/pink lipstick combo, plus she's actually pretty tan (I wish they had made her paler like Duchess) like the 80's Barbie MO. If they sold the dolls nude I might pass on her, but I LOVE her outfit and her character/storyline and she looks so badA@# with her sword and shield. I am planning to make her a thronecoming dress in all silver (shhh! don't tell anyone), maybe we'll convert you to Darlingism afterall ;) Although actually its a good thing you don't want her badly as they are being SUPER SLOW to get her into stores.

In other news: I saw a bunch of Gingers in the wild at TRU. Now I'm itching to get another one to customize (because goodness knows I totally don't have 20 dolls waiting for customization <.< >.> ). My Walmart is getting pretty bare so I HOPEHOPEHOPE we see Faybelle and Darling soon.

Yes she so would! I want a white-haired one.
So I went ahead and pre-ordered Alistair from Toots because they had a May coupon going and I worry because the boys sell out so fat here.
