jurassic world comments thoughts ???spoilers?

I enjoyed it! Definitely not a movie I feel like I have to see again, but it was decent

My favorite was:

The dude who grabbed his margaritas off his table and ran carrying one in each hand during the pterodactyl scene! I died laughing, but I don't think many other people caught it because I was the only one laughing

I and my sister caught it, too. Not many others seemed to, since we too were the only ones chuckling.

I wasn't watching it for a science lesson.  I was watching it to see badass dinosaurs eating people.  I was not disappointed.

The nods back to Jurassic Park made it for me!  The Apatosaurus scene made me cry because it was animatronic and reminded me of the sick Trike scene...when they found the old visitor centre, teared up again lol the old Jeep Wrangler was sooo cool!  Finally when Rexy was released...SO EPIC!  I just wish they made an animatronic of her, even just a head piece.  Totally awesome though..will go see it again.

She had those on during the entire movie. I kid you not, they were on the ENTIRE time. Lady has talent for being able to pull all that off.

I thought it was ridiculous. But thinking about it again,

I got the impression that she kept them on throughout the movie for a reason. Maybe the directors meant to portray it as a form of symbolism? I mean they're definitely intentionally placed in the film for a purpose, because I clearly remember Owen (Chris Pratt) had made remarks about her "ridiculous/stupid shoes" when they had first went off to look for the boys.

What do you guys think? I'm actually curious to know why they decided to make her wear the heels throughout the movie (despite it causing obvious functional inconvenience. Keeping your heels on while luring a T-rex out, knowing you'll be running for your life? Excellent move, Claire.)

I caught it and I was cracking up with my brother in the theater! Really loved that tidbit.

I am so late to the discussion, but I just watched it on the plane, I wasn't disappointed. I loved the ending, T. rex again the king... Because I cried bitterly when I had read the novel when I was 12, and Alan was watching the dinos being bombed...
I didn't like the indominus being made to be a killer. She was just lonely and not adjusted. The raptors were awesome as was expected, especially when blue saved them. Will watch it again on DVD in peace.

I didn't buy the romance between the main characters at all--they didn't seem to have any chemistry to me--but hey, I enjoyed the dinosaurs!

The only thing that made me go "Really now? REALLY?" was

Indominus Rex being smart enough to know what the GPS tracker under her skin was and tear it out.

But I liked most of the movie. The final fight was amazing.

Re-watched it recently and still love it

Am i one of the few people that Claire wearing her heels didn't bother me? I'll admit i can barely walk in heels but i have seen girls sprint for buses wearing much larger heels than those Some people are actually really used to wearing them I also still cried over the raptors

Love this film!!!!
The heels thing, I can't run in them but fair play to her that she can, that's some good leg muscles!! There's actually a race every year of people in high heels for charity, I remember seeing a news item on it!!!

I liked it.  Love the dinosaurs and the male lead was easy on the eye too
