Do you have a problem with people cutting pony hair?

It doesn't bother me one bit if a pony has a hair cut, G1 or any other gen for that matter.
Maybe Hasbro should put a little more effort in to the G4 hair.
I wouldn't be opposed to paying a few bucks more for show accurate hair.

It's fairly easy to rehair RD into show accurate hair using her own actual hair, only cost would be the labor. Of course, I used two RDs to make mine, but it's likely possible with one.

I don't cut my ponies hair but I don't care what others do with their toys.
The only time it ever bothers me is when someone is re-selling and thinks their pony is worth more because they "styled" it or if it's one I was looking for I might be a little let down because I wouldn't but a pony with a haircut let alone pay more for it.

I don't like to cut pony hair because if you ever want to restyle them, it limits what you can do. I also dislike ponies with bangs for the same reason. If you want to make bangs, all you have to do is thatch it. The only time I have ever cut pony hair was when I bought the six main FiM ponies. I bought them specifically to make them look as show accurate as possible.

It doesn't bother me per se when others do it but I personally wouldn't trust myself even near a pristine pony with scissors!

This is the Rarity I got at the Fair that I trimmed (cut) some hair and styled the hair on. Only cut on the front small curl.

I would never ever shop the hair off of a G1 (unless it already had horrible hair and/or a mohawk and I was going to rehair the poor thing).  But the G4 ponies are common and easily available in stores.  I don't mind seeing people chop their hair, since there are plenty of collectors keeping theirs in perfect condition.
