Need help with arena member, Cloud_weaver

I hate to do this but I need some help. I paid for a pony from cloud_weaver on March 30th. She hasn't responded to my pm's about payment being received or if the pony has been shipped. It did take me a few days to pay so I wasn't super worried about it but she's logging on to the Arena and ignoring my messages. It's not a super expensive pony, but I'd still like to get it.

That's what I thought too ponylady. She's normally one of the best sellers here. It's very out of character for her.
