Grooming Wingers

Hey Peeps!!


I took a long, long break from pony-business and so did my collection. Most of them in plastic bins under my bed. :B
Now I decided it's ABOUT TIME that I get at least some of them out of there again.. First ones being my beloved wingers.

But as you can see: Most of them look a mess. A MESS!! :<
And since I have quite a lot of them, I need some inspiration for neat hairdos, as I want them to all have different ones.


So I am asking you: Please post pictures of your winger's hairdos! (other ponies are fine, too.. if you think they have a do that would look neat on a winger! ;D)




Also, I still have at least three that are bald or have hair that is far beyond fixable.. so I am of course looking to rehair those. Thus pics of your (alternatively?) rehaired wingers are more than welcome as well!!

Ok, I am terrible at doing hair....literally terrible!  Hehehe, I do really love seeing the talents others have with making hair magic.  Poor little bald ponies, I have a few girlies who I rehaired, and I hope they can provide you with some inspiration.  Please, please post more pictures of your beautiful wingers:)

I also have a baldy Lady Flutter around that I wanted to rehair in green since it matches her wings so well. *__* Is that envy? Or key lime? I was thinking of using KL on her. ^^

Haha, poor Flurry! I actually got her for €3, since the symbol on her cheek and the white spot in one of her eyes were rubbed. But didn't scare me, I can paint them back on.
But you're right, it's her natural hair colour, I can take some more pictures of her later when I get home.

My Lady Flutter has been rehaired in Envy.  Pythia, another awesome winger fan, has a drop-dead gorgeous Lady Flutter she rehaired in Poison Ivy!!!  Honestly, I can't stop thinking about her!  I used Key Lime on the sad little Cool Breeze at the end of my post.  Key Lime is such a lovely shade of green, and I think you should go for it!! 
Poor little Flurry.  Her hair is incredible, it's so pink!  I wish I had the talent to paint, but sadly I have zero ability.  I will be waiting by the computer for more pictures:)

I adore the wingers, but only found/bought one so far... little Glow has only a little pink left in her hair, and I'm not good at styling.

Her teaser picture has gotten me going all day....I am SO excited to see more!!  There aren't even appropriate words to express how happy I am to meet another *winger nut*.  I don't know if it has been done before, but we should do a "Wings and Things" swap; where we exchange wingers, flutters, G3's with cloth wings, Breezies, G4 Glimmer wing Pegasus ponies and the like!  Perhaps we should get that going in the summer?!

I must take some pictures of mine soon...I always recurl my wingers' hair if they've fallen out of their original lock.  Straw curls all the way!!!
