What are you going to do when you have ALL the ponies?

Are you thinking 'now I can die happily'
Are you going crazy because you have a immense void in your life since you have no ponies to collect any more?
Are you going to stalk Hasbro to make more ponies?
Are you going to lock yourself in in your pony-room and never come out again?
Are you scared for that moment actually happening?
If someone would offer you to have ALL the ponies right know, would you say 'yes' allthough that meant your collecting-days are over?

The weirdest thing, I was just about to write down the same question as a topic!! 

I've only been collecting for a few months but my want list is veeeery big, I can't honestly imagine ever completing my list, certainly as there are Nirvanas that I would like to look in to getting into, and G1 USA ponies alone are a huge collection to assemble, let alone UK and other counties too- that's kind of what I like about it though, it's a lifelong thing ^_^

 I know other people have more specific lists like the only collect certain sets so I would ask those collectors, what next? Do you move on to another set, or are you then happy and don't feel the need to search for more ponies

There are 4(4,5) generations to collect and nirvanas and customs and accessories and playsets and the ponies are still being made... I doubt that completing a collection in one way or another means that the collecting days are over

For me it's stories, customs and artwork. I wanted to write a story a month but I've only managed to write two this year so... I don't think I'll ever run out of challenges

If someone offered me every pony I didn't have I'd certainly say yes! Then I'd probably freak out a little and prey on new G4 releases, and then I'd probably have to start collecting something else so I wouldn't go mad xD

I guess. Still, if I had millions and gazillions of dollars, I could probably complete my collection quite fast. But then...
I would probably say 'NO' to that mysterious man that would offer me ALL of the ponies... the hunt is better then the catch?

Well depending on what generation you collect i suppose this is a possabilty BUT...
I have discovered something..
hasbro REALLY wants our money.. i mean REALLY.. wants our money
There for if you are someone that collects all gens.. even IF they only come out with one or two new characters a year
(Frankly i wanna see what the heck kind of pony adaigo dazzle is.. cus she LOOKS like a winger..i swear her pony sona on her box has winger wings!!)
You are still gonna want those few new characters.. and will go and get them
So while it is possible to have "all" the ponies.
its REALLY unlikely.. cus.. they will ALWAYS make new ones.

I'm not sure that I want to collect ALL the ponies. But once I finish tracking down all the ones I want... well! I'm not sure. Assuming there were no more ponies being released, I'd probably spend a lot of my time giving them baths, making sure they look nice, improving my displays... My niece really likes ponies as well, so I'm sure they'd get played with occasionally from time to time as well, generating more opportunity for brushing and styling and rearranging.
And hey, who knows, maybe I'll have a daughter of my own one day.
