Custom Pony displays?

Hi gang! I've been finishing up quite a few customs here recently, and I'm sort of at a loss for where to display them. I don't really feel like putting them with the other non-custom ponies, since I worked so hard I want them to shine.. but I also have limited display realestate. How do you guys display your custom ponys? I'd love to see pics!

I kept 3 customs out of the 6 registered I've made. Two are simply chilling on my desk, surrounded by a cluster*hay* of random art supplies, yarn and nail art material. The last one lays beheaded in a cardboard box all alone because it's supposed owner turned out to be not a friend anymore. The rest live in their respective owners' home, friends and not-friends-anymore.

I have a shelving unit dedicated to customs/custom items.

That is brutal!!

I'm a terrible pony collector to be honest - my baits are mixed in with my collectable G1's in one giant box! Most of my customs have been rehomed but the few who remain are standing in a dark cupboard in the guest room, I imagine they're praying for the day they are also rehomed to someone who can display them properly and give them love..! Have seen some freaking amazing pony rooms and display setups over the years, unfortunately I don't have the space.

I have three shelves I put up on the wall. It's not enough for all my customs. I'd really like to get a nice curio cabinet with glass doors for them.

wowzers! i know that ikea has nice curios. ive had my eyes on those metal ones with glass for like, years now...

I apparently need to update my collection photos, because I went looking for a photo of my custom display, and the only one I found was so far back it still had my Monster High dolls on them! But maybe you'll get a kick out of this anyway, even if there's a different lineup on there now!
