Can I ask what type of risers you use to display your rows of ponies?
Quote from: babyprincessnicole on May 01, 2020, 09:03:35 AMCan I ask what type of risers you use to display your rows of ponies? The risers are all different and mismatched. Many of them are upside-down fridge organiser trays, which are long and skinny so they work well for temporary risers. A few of them are proper risers, but not many. Some of the ponies are just standing on a stack of cardboard because I ran out of things to put them on. One day I dream of having all matching risers, lol.
I've been longing for a pony room since I was a little girl, and now my dream has finally come true! What better way to spend my time in isolation than to finally empty out our smallest bedroom and convert it to a full-fledged dedicated toy room? It's not finished, I still need to find a coffee table to set up Paradise Estate, and I haven't put up any of the artwork yet so the walls are a bit bare. It's a very small room but eventually I'll convert the cupboard into a display alcove. But every time I walk into my rainbow room, I'm filled with joy! The whole room smells like ponies. It's such a pleasure to just sit and soak it all up. My collection has lived in storage containers for so many years, I'm over the moon to finally be able to display it. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginIt's wonderful to be able to display my Care Bears too.visitors can't see pics , please register or loginRainbow corner. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginThe risers are a mish mash... eventually they'll all match. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginRainbows make me happy!visitors can't see pics , please register or loginThe pink floor isn't a rug, it's actually a quilt! The carpet is 60s pea-soup green and pretty unattractive. Eventually I'll put down a rug which complements the room. The wing backed armchair is so comfy!visitors can't see pics , please register or loginI haven't really figured out how to display my MOC/MIB ponies. I'd like to display them properly so they're all visible, but stacked in rows on the shelf will have to do for now. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginI've got a mix of 80s and 90s toys... I love the nostalgia.
