I'd go with Wind Whistler too, she can be tough to find in mint condition, since she has several troublesome factors that can go wrong easily (flocking rubs, fading pink hair). I think a minty Molasses would be easier to find again, and possibly cheaper? I don't think she's particularly rare. I'd also be hesitant to spend that much on a Streaky either, I don't think either of those latter two should be so pricey? It's just a matter of finding them with really good curls. But I also haven't been keeping up on their prices lately.

A minty so soft can be a creature of legend So $15 for one which is fresh of her card perfect would be good! Especially if she has unfaded hair.

Wind Whistler for sure. But you can probably get one with few flaws for right around the $10 mark.
