For those who don't know, Takaras are insanely rare Japanese MLPs. They had a very short production run and many of them were only made as prototypes and never released in stores. For as long as I can remember, owning a Takara pony has been my ultimate collecting dream. Earlier this year, I had a chance to buy a couple of genuine babies...but I let it pass by. I didn't really want the babies. I wanted a Takara adult, with a full outfit, that could be posed. In particular, I wanted the one with fuzzy pink hair. I had seen some collectors call her "Fuwa Fuwa", though no one seemed to know her real name.
I saw tebrighteyes's thread from 2012 in which she was lucky enough to buy a Takara in Japan. It was the exact one I wanted--the one with fuzzy hair. A few days ago, tebrighteyes sold her to me. She arrived today. I CRIED when I opened the box. Thank you so, SO much tebrighteyes! You have given me so much joy.
Here she is, completely gorgeous and still fresh in her box. As you can see, she comes with hair clips and a red brush.

She will be mine forever, one of my most prized possessions, so her collector's value doesn't mean as much to me as being able to touch her and pose her. I will still keep her pristine of course...and I kept her twist tie so I could easily put her right back in that box. I also didn't remove her hair clips from their packaging. Anyway, here she is. Can you tell she's been in a box since the 80s? LOL!

DOES ANYONE ON THE ARENA READ JAPANESE??? Your help would be SO appreciated!
