Nasty person and poor Minty.  Granted, I tested a glitter paint on Minty, but she came out looking much nicer than Sharpie Minty.  Why would you do a black Minty anyway?

I noticed that black Minty in the past and thought "WHY?!" , but now I see her feedback because of all of the ruckus over it... I have a feeling Minty may have had some pretty bad marks on her body, and this is the sellers way of trying to make a buck off a manky pony. TBH, she looks even mankier with that awful paint job, no matter what body markings she may have had xP

I reported the buyer for the rude comments to his/her buyers.  I couldn't just do nothing about that; it was awful having to read that person's responses...

Yeah, they're a knot-head, but from the looks of it some of those people didn't even try to message the seller before leaving negative/neutral feedback. My favorite is the one who left neutral feedback with the only descriptor being "arrived safely". WTF? I'd be enraged, too.

It could have been a mis-click.  Has happened before, or buyers who aren't sure what they're doing.  The thing is, that doesn't justify being downright insulting and mean in your return comment. Lashing back only makes you look worse.

Good for you Aperture! That kind of behaviour should not be tolerated, especially not from someone selling so much, they should know better!

Yeah, it does look like some people didn't try to contact the seller first, although I get the impression he/she wouldn't have done anything to improve the situation anyway. It looks like the seller thinks "used" means you can sell the item dirty, which you really shouldn't unless you specify that. I also wonder if they're so used to the smell of cigarettes that they can't tell how bad it is.

I agree. I mean, they WERE defintely rude with the responses, but looking through the feedback, it does look like they had a reason to be mad. For example, someone left them bad feedback because something was broken; the broken piece WAS clearly shown in the pictures. And someone else said the shipping was too high, on an item that had free shipping.

I honestly think I would have responded similarly in cases like that. Not QUITE as rudely, but still, I'd be pretty ticked off and I'd probably be a bit snippy.
