Is this a variant?

I recently bought a G3 pony lot on ebay, and I noticed that one of the ponies (Sweetberry Surprise, I believe?) has her hoof heart on the side without a magnet. Are all Sweetberry Surprises like that, or is mine odd?

Any idea if she's worth any more than the average G3?

Do you mean Sweetberry?  The earliest release G3s had their hoof hearts on the display side, till Hasbro changed that so the hoof heart was on whatever foot the magnet was in.   I don't really think they are considered worth any more than the later ones.

The ponies that I can remember that have the hoof heart variations are Cotton Candy, Minty, Butterscotch, Moondancer, Winter Snow, Wysteria, Tink-a-tink-a-too, Razzaroo, and Sweetberry.

I don't think they are worth anymore, I have Minty with an opposite hoof heart and she is worth no more than usual, shame really because it is unique! xxx

Agree with the other posters, I don't think it makes an early G3 any more or any less valuable. It was pretty common for the G3 2003 releases.

And yes, I probably did mean Sweetberry. I was going by the name the seller put in the auction; I wonder where they got the "Surprise" part?
