This is so cute! I LOVE that the very beginning mimics the classic G1 opening. The little puns were adorable too. I never could get the Twilight doll to sing (I only messed with it at the store though, so maybe it wasn't part of demo mode) so I've been wondering about this song for the longest time!

But is it just me, or does this song remind anyone else of the English Sailor Moon songs? Sounds like it would fit right in, lol. Maybe it's just me...Not that it's a bad thing-- I love the Sailor Moon songs too!

It's cute and I'm glad we are getting it on the DVD but I actually prefer the shows version!

The big adventure, tonnes of fun bit just makes it about 20% cooler!

I love it! Especially the beginning, which sounds very G1 and nostalgic. <3 All around an adorable song. Between Pony being intact in the DVD and this, I will almost certainly buy the DVD.

I love the nod to the G1 intro! Though I do think they improved the theme by cutting out all the unneeded bits

I don't know where you can get a MP3 of both short of ripping them from Youtube tho.

I like it much better than the one they use in the show.  The nod to the original theme was brilliant!  I reeeeeeeeeeally didn't like the puns though, though I know I'm going get kicked for saying it.  But the rest was perfect!

Like the beginning nod to the G1 theme...but "What is friendship all about?" then "Friendship is magic" doesn't really flow or rhyme or anything lol.

I actually thought the ridiculous puns were adorable haha.
