I generally don't care about the accessories, so I just throw them all in a box. The ones I do care about (G4 playset pieces and Fashion Style) are in baggies with the name of the set/pony they came with written on them.

I have one of those plastic drawer thing I keep all my toy accessories in.  One drawer is for pony and Breyer horse stuff and I keep combs and brushes in a small box inside the drawer.  The other drawers are for Barbie, Blythe and Monster High stuff.

I like it because it keeps all of my accessories in one place and I know they should all be in there unless I've lost them somewhere else.

I keep mine in one of those plastic bead boxes. Each pony has their own slot and I stick a label in there so I don't forget which goes to who lol. It works out pretty well
