Stork Swap custom for Galactica

My partner got her ponies, so now I can show them off! I made two babies for Galactica as part of the Stork Swap. We were both in the newbie catagory, and these are technically my first two full customs, I am pretty happy with how they turned out!

First baby, who I called Rainberry, is the offspring of Sugarberry and Sunlight. She was rehaired with dollyhair Heartthrob, Golden Delicious, Sugarberry, Lucky Clover, and Atomic Turqoise and then boil-curled. Her symbol was painted with acrylics and glitter, and sealed with FIMO varnish.

Second baby, who I called Thundersong, is the offspring of Medley and Firefly (with a recessive earth pony gene ;) ). She was rehaired in Atomic Turqoise and Lucky Clover, and boil-curled. Her symbol was also painted in acrylics covered, with glitter and sealed with FIMO varnish. Her eyes were touched up after I took the pics. :P

I made bonnets and skirts for both babies. I also made a little blanket and plush strawberry for Rainberry, but didn't get a pic of those.

Rainberry is sharing a secret with Thundersong  ^.^

Oh the cute! It HURTS!  Those bonnets are brilliant and the baby ponies themselves are amazing!!

I LOVE them!  I am so glad you signed up as the other "newbie"  (although I fear you deserved to have a better swap partner than I) -  they really are just perfect!

And your accessories are as always, to die for.  I WISH I could sew like you!

OOH-  I just realized the plush strawberry didn't get into the pics!

I will take a better picture of the blanket and the plush strawberry for you this weekend - they are REALLY nice!

Oh my gosh.... soooo super cute!!  I love the curls and the idea for their symbols.  And the bonnets are too adorable.  Too bad I didn't get to participate in this swap (I need to learn to rehair!).  Baby ponies are my faves!!!
