This week you will be will be partaking in a black and white monster movie poster. The photo MUST be in black and white, include the star actress's name, the movie title, and a tagline. You may choose a monster movie in existence, or create one of your own.

You have seven days to complete this challenge from the date of this post. You must PM your best photo to this account within that time frame. If you cannot choose your best photo yourself, you may submit multiple photos and the judges will choose their favorite from that selection. Please resize your photos to approximately 480x640. This is just approximate. Any size thereabout will do. As the judges have many photos to consider, please limit your final submissions to one email. Thank you.

ETA: The ghoul who receives the most votes in the public poll at the challenge's end will receive a two day advance for the next challenge. That means that the winner will be alerted of the next challenge two days in advance of the other finalists, and will have TWO WHOLE EXTRA DAYS to plan their photoshoot!

Generally speaking, I'd prefer to see a monster movie poster, but PM me your idea regardless and I will let you know for certain.

*Also, may I suggest that after adding the text to your photo, you save the image as a PNG instead of a JPG. Saving it as a JPG and then uploading it sometimes causes the text and the image itself to become very, very blurry.

That would probably be a good idea! I mean Nanami would fare much better as the Creature of the Black Lagoon or some sort of made up sea monster than say a witch or mummy, but really, it's up to you. There are no restrictions as to what sort of monster you choose for your ghoul to portray.

Well, I've got other ideas that can also play on her love of literature, but still be good for a witch. My issue? Outfits. I think I'm going to have to get creative.

Aellos: Honestly, don't worry too much on outfits. Honest to god, outfits played virtually a zero role in judging! We realize that not everyone has an expansive wardrobe or custom clothes, and that is totally fine.

OK, well that's true. Since it's going to be in black and white, you can get away with a whole lot more, especially if your monster of choice is known for wearing a big black cape!
