Custom Osharena Ponies Mommy and baby

Taking a break from what I usually do (Toy designer/sculptor) I decided to resurrect an old friend. If you don`t know what this is, the Osharena ponies were made by Takara through license from hasbro for only one year in the 80`s they are very very rare. I realized that I might go my whole life and never find one so I made them myself. These are hollow jointed prototypes and will be made  available exclusively through my etsy shop in the next couple weeks. These are my personal take on Osharena ponies and are a little different in shape and size as I don`t have the real thing to work from. As always these are made one at a time with love...and hazardous casting materials...So don`t put them in your mouth.   ©I.T.

They are super neat and love that they are pose-able.  But plastic you say?  Very cool.  I have often thought of doing an MLP Resin maybe a Big Brother for folks to play with but the fact that you could not hair it like normal has always stopped me.  That and lack of time. LOL
