Mimic condition preference (Restoration?)

Hi all!

I acquired a Mimic, and she has pink highlighter marks. I learned rather quickly she sun-fades really easily. I thought about covering all except the areas with the pink spots but Im afraid there would be color differences. it's either all or nothing, IMO

My question is regards to values/preferences..

Do people prefer a still yellow/green body mimic with pink spots...

or all white with no spots?

i would prefer yellow/green with spots to white.

Definitely as in condition to sun faded.

Are you sure they're highlighter and not regrind?  I don't know if Mimic gets regrind, but it usually shows up as pink spots that will not go away no matter what you try. 

Personally, I'd leave her as is.

The really important factor though is whether you intend to keep her or sell her.

If you want to keep her and the marks really bother you, then you have to follow your own preferences.

If you want to sell her, why alter her? It's for the new owner to make that choice down the line.
