Don't forget you can still go outside as long as you maintain distance. Walking, running, and riding bikes are all feasible options.

One of my Italian friends can't even randomly decide to walk her dogs without facing a fine or even a prison sentence.

Wardah probably was referring to areas in the US which have been told to "shelter-in-place" and places less restricted. It's good to get out while we have an option to.
