Question about G3 Underwater Art Pony

Hi,

A couple of years ago I got the G3 Underwater Art Pony MIB.  I haven’t found the perfect place to display her yet.  Are there any issues like fading that I should be aware of?

I haven't noticed mine discolor yet and it's out on a shelf for the whole world to see in a rather dark room. Direct sunlight can fade just about anything...

 I’m a little worried about finding a place out of direct sunlight to display her. Even though I have blinds that are usually closed on the windows and doors sunlight still gets in.

I wonder if they make UV protective cases that large?

Mine has been out of box since I got her in 2008ish? The art ponies have all held up remarkably well for me! They still looks fresh out of the box. To be fair I AM a vampire  and have blackout blinds and curtains in my room, so absolutely no sunlight is getting in! I can’t remember where I stored her back when I was still in school and didn’t have the set up I do now, but it may have always been out of direct sunlight.
