Pony Life and G4.5

Rendering my review of the magical mane Rarity. She does have a gimmick but the body seems to be of hard plastic, so I'd imagine that's how the tail is put in? Didn't break off her head to find out because her gimmick runs through her body to her head.

Has Hasbro actually said this is intended to be "filler" or short-lived?  Because if not . . . Well, that's what I would wish for but not what I would assume.

Teen Titans Go has had six seasons and AFAIK is still on-going.  (It also had a movie last year.)  So that frentic style of animation doesn't necessarily mean "off the air soon."

Both my mother and my sister were creeped out by the video when I showed them it.

My issue is that it doesn't seem to know what the target market is. If it is aiming at a slightly older market, they're not going to probably be after ponies...but if it's aimed at small kids why the teenageish attitude in the song?

Yeah as StarSwirl05 said, there's a movie they are preparing for in 2021 and also there's a new show where supposedly the characters change drastically, and this Pony Life has changed the art style but hasn't changed the characters' designs. So we're going with the assumption that this is a placeholder until the movie and show are ready.

But who knows, if this takes off maybe it will run in tandem with the new show/movie? -shrug-

They have them turned off on all the videos they post. I am glad because the channel is aimed at kids and the comment section would be full of angry, vulgar dudes.

Oh phew, that is great news!  If it's only around for a year or so then I don't mind so much!
