Now then, by the time I finished my chores and memorizing, it was almost lunch time. So I ate lunch and it 34°C outside and I don't feel like walking out in that. So I not only have to rejig my walking snacks, I think I might have to rearrange my schedule so I don't wind up walking in the middle of the afternoon.

Oh, if only hubby could drive himself again, then I could get an early morning start.

I must be the only one who loves water!

I can't have it sweetened or flavored* because that's gross to me. But the only weird thing is I can't drink it cold and I drink it room temperature or hot.

*I'll throw in a ceylon cinnamon stick in if I drink it hot... or make mint water... and that's probably it for flavors.

I love water too! Like I said, I drink over 100 oz. a day. I use fruit for flavoring when I want something different.

Today I went to the store and bought some weights. FINALLY. I haven't had any spare time recently :/
I also resisted eating some cake at work... but mostly because it was store bought cake which is pretty meh. If I'm going to eat bad things they should be good tasting. lol.

Ugh, water.  I drink a ton but don't enjoy it lol.  Oh well.  I am glad to hear that RR and BP do though.  Somehow it makes the struggle easier when I know that somewhere out there someone is liking it

Yay weights! I need some heavier ones. I'm always too intimidated to go over to the weightlifting section of Planet Fitness. There are always a bunch of guys over there when I go and ugh...I know they're gonna judge me,even if PF prides itself on being "judgment free zone".

Lol I'm the same way. Give me home cooked bad foods over store bought!

Thanks everyone. It turned out that there wasn't anything to worry about but I can startle easily especially if something strange happens.

3/5 I walked 3 times around the mall and did not get any free samples. I let myself get a non food reward for working hard though. I haven't been doing so well on meals and not  drinking extra Cokes today.

Almost 2 1/4 miles walked. Mowed the lawn! Everything looks nice. A lot of cleaning in preparation for my family coming up.

Friday 4/5

Over two miles walked. Some small gardening. Mostly just training vines. Living room is (mostly) done! Cleaned, swept the corners, and vacuumed! No exercise.

4/5 I walked to a store in a shopping center and back instead of just taking the car closer to the store. I was mindful of how many chips I had for lunch and didn't eat too many. I only ate 3 slices of pizza later.
