My little pony fan club membership card

Hey hey

Um, I was wondering - I got this neat little item in recent weeks and whilst I have no intention of moving it on, I'd be curious to know what value, if any, it might hold?  It just struck me as an unusual, not so common item, maybe?

It's the My Little Pony Fan Club Membership card   It's in lovely condition, and comes with the original sleeve. Excuse Spike photobombing the first shot... I was having a little brag in the other forums and am too lazy to take a new shot!

I don't remember us having anything like that with the UK club. I remember certificates and stuff but...

How cool. Especially since it is in such nice shape. Though it seems sort of a shame the child didn't feel themselves enough a member to put their name on it, LOL

Maybe the kid had a parent like my mom? I wasn't allowed to write on things like that because I'd "change my mind later".

Lol!  It does seem a bit of a shame, though, doesn't it?  I'm sure I would have scribbled on it proudly    However, I am also rather glad it is n my collection in the condition it's in

I still did on quite a few items (I'd always end up unhappy with how it came out and want to do it again though which is probably where the rule came from). I just had to bring it Grandma's because while she was watching me she'd let me.

I have never seen one before, but I'd personally pay $20 for it. You're lucky to have it!

So pristine!!!! I've never seen it that nice before. I have no idea on value but I would say at least $25... probably much more.

I often didn't write on stuff as a kid as well b/c I knew my handwriting would be better when I got older. Like I wouldn't do arts and crafts sets because I thought I would be better at making the stuff when I was older.
