Like, seriously, the reason why I don't really collect G4s is cause I thought they were all 3" figures, but my sister has a Fashion Style Luna (my fave princess btw), and she's big! How have I never seen these in stores anywhere, are the larger dolls rarer? I'll probably add them to my collection if I like how they look in person.

Update!

So I got my Luna in the mail and she is suchhh a cutiieee omg, I didn't know she'd be this cute from the pics

As you can tell she had a pretty crazy fro when I got her, lol

I know what you're thinking, and yes, we still have squash leftover from Christmas

lol, anyway, even though I'm pretty sure she didn't have curly hair like that new in the box, I decided to try and restore her curls instead of giving her a whole new style entirely like I usually do, in the event I ever do need to restore factory curls someday uvu

And she turned out sooo cute, she's much cuter irl but I think these pics do some justice lol

I love the fashion styles! I don't think they are rare though I'm not anywhere near up to date on G4 values. But I'm fairly certain they can still be found around.

The Fashion Size, Alicorn, Water Cutie Alicorn, Shine Bright Princesses, Funkos and those creepy blinking eyed ones are bigger then average G4s. The Magic Scenes might be as well BUT I haven't seen them IP yet.

You can find Fashion Sizes easily at Walmart, Toys r Us and even Costco.I've seen quite a bit of Sapphire Shores, Royal Ribbon and Photo Finish lately.

Yeah I've seen a lot of Starlight Glimmer along with the other ponies that you mentioned, especially at target.

The Rainbow Power Fashion Style Applejack was more commonly seen in Canada & the UK. Her and Daisy Dreams didn't make it to the US.

There's some larger sized G4 toys, bigger than the usual FS ponies. Think they're commonly called Styling size. The Mane 6, Celestia and Cadance, about 10in tall. I've seen Twilight and Rainbow Dash at Walgreens and Big Lots recently.
Thanks to Lunacat for the lovely art

The Fashion Style size do tend to sell out in the stores first- but are hardly rare.  I think they didn't sell as well as the brushables since the price is usually $16-$19 (which is a lot for a pony)

Weirdly enough- those "Styling Size" 10" HUGE ponies actually sell for less $9.99 or $7.99 on sale-

BUT If you have a hankering for the VERY FIRST 6" Fluttershy and Twilight (no wings) and maybe Sunset Shimmer- you can have all three for about $20!! (I think they are $10 each on my sale page- plus I offer a multiple purchase discount of $10 off $30)

Here's a pic that shows off the differences in sizes (shows brushable, Fashion Style size (6") and the Zilla/Styling size (10")

Fluttershy is a Unipeg.
(Every pony in the photo is a prototype/variant/error of some kind. Except possibly Cherry Berry, whom I can't diagnose from this angle, but the context strongly suggests she is one anyway.)

I guess that photo is confusing but really I was just trying to show all three sizes and that photo does do it even though the ponies are all weirdos (Unipeg Fluttershy popped up many months before the first Fluttershys so I think she was a production error)

specifically-
Styling size (unipeg Fluttershy)
Fashion Style size (Muffin pony and Celestia/rarity, and
brushable size (the itty bitty ones scattered around)

And yes, Cherry Berry had Pinkie's symbol so she was in the oddity camp too- it's why I took the picture even though I don't have most of those ponies anymore- I had collected them for a while, it was like a game :D
