We've got one in the patient waiting room of the psychology office where I work.  It has three holes that fit a triangle, a cube, and cylindrical blocks...the other week a child who was playing with it asked me where the blocks are, but they're missing.

I also keep a G3 Rainbow Dash handy there in case anyone wants a pony to play with.

I'm delighted that the doctors-waiting-room busy toy is a universal constant to this day. I don't see them nearly enough anymore....I kinda miss playing with them.
