is there a way to light up loop-de-la/ Plus ponyville g3.5 question

so I got a loop-de-la in a bag while thrifting but she doesn't have her base, is there any way to still light her up or check to see if she does? Also is anyone selling or trading any ponyville or g3.5 blind bags?

I'm not sure about Loop De La.  I have a baseless one too and I don't think she's capable of lighting up.

I probably have an extra base somewhere, I'll keep an eye out for it. I've been slowly going through all of my pony stuff, and some of it is a mystery to me- why do I have this?

If you are looking for ponyville on the cheap, the McDonalds ones from the US are the same size, but stuck to a base. Get them off the base, and you've got ponyvilles!
