Oh Hasbro....

So I ordered Wave 2 of the new Pearly ponies from Hasnto Toy Shop online. I ordered 2 sets (1 for me , 1 for my UK pony pal), and an extra Pretzel.

So I ordered
2 TS
2 RD
2 Cherry Berry
3 Pretzel

They shipped my order quickly!  It arrived today. Heres a picture of what they sent me:

Can you spot the problem?

(I have contacted HTS via email as their office seems to be closed today (Saturday), I will update with their response if I ever get one.)

I like Rainbow Dash, but she seems a little too numerous today...

Apparently they didn't think they were spamming the Mane 6 enough already. :rolleyes:
Cannot have anything scented in the house, unfortunately. Seeking the unscented, magnetless variant of Thistle Whistle. (And wishing the other Sunny Scent ponies got similar ones, because they're lovely. *sigh*)

Hasbro Toy Shop is notorious for this sort of thing. Of course it doesn't help that the actual SKU numbers  are the exact same for all the boxed assortments, so a box could contain ALL Pinkie Pie and they'd still send it to you because you ordered that SKU number.

I hope you can get it sorted out with little trouble...

Yeah, Hasbro kinda sucks with this kinda thing. I don't like ordering from them if I can help it. They've botched our orders twice.

Actually. I have never ever had a problem till today. I have been ordering from them since they were doing G3s.

The packing slip for these ponies showed different UPCs for each pony and it matches their backcard UPC. So it was just a lazy employee.

Hasbro Customer Service emailed me back with apologies and that they will ship me the missing pony (Cherry Berry) free of charge. Also, I get to keep the extra RD. Which makes me happy. Though, too bad the extra pony was a mane 6 rather then a new one...lol

My Cherry Berry arrived today!  So, everything worked out in the end. I even ended up with a bonus pearly RD for free. So yay!!

I'm happy things were resolved! This is another reason I wait for them to show up in stores (though we've only got pearlised Wave 1 so far...)

That happened to me , but they did it with the Pretzel and Twily , they were switch around in there, they left me with 3 free twilys,some were damage anyway, they sent me the pretzels later :)

ya as far as erroneous orders or invalid advertising I've found Hasbro fairly competent. They sent me a free Holly Dash once.

Good to hear their customer service is  still great. I havent bought anything from them in years but I always remember is being very good at fixing mistakes. One time I ordered something, waited forever and it was sold out. They refunded me my money and sent me a replacement pony.
