POTD 10/14/2016 Baby Candy

I have two, the regular one and the reversed mane one. I never thought I would own one. I love them so much, the set is so cute and adorable

I want her, mostly to complete the set. But my personal favorite is Baby Licorice, whom I already have, but someday I would the other two baby ponies.

I have her as also the others of the set, only missing the reverse version but not specifically looking for her.
I did want her badly back years ago and when I finally got her, I had her sent to a girl in the US whose shipping address I was allowed to use and she forwarded it to me - together with other stuff and ponies I had bought from her, which were in bags and the bags marked with a thick, black felt pen.
You probably guess what's next, Baby Candy in her previously minty condition was tossed in the box without any single wrapping and took bad, black smudges to her lovely face from the marked plastic bags. I was devastated. I finally gave her for free to a friend of mine who restored her with white paint and put her on his shelf as he was specifically collecting white baby ponies. I didn't know about sunfading back then, so I didn't try.

Long story short, I finally got her a second time and everything went well, she's just a tiniest bit less minty than my first one, sadly. If I see a really minty one I might give a final correction to what went wrong in the past. Quite a history to get this single pony into my collection.

I have both versions. I will probably sell one but can't decide which!

I like this pony, and love the blue-green used in her hair!  I'd be very pleased to have her someday.

I'm a crazy completionist, so I definitely want her someday. Thankfully, though, this isn't my favorite set, lol, so I can be patient and hopefully happen upon one below the collector value.

I forgot the Candy Babies existed - they're a cute set that I wouldn't mind owning, but they aren't on my priority list.

I feel like I should like her, but I just never have.  She'd look better if her symbols were smaller, I think.
