I have been going through a hard time right now with finding a job. I have been sick, but keep pushing as I need income...so it's been a dark time for me. But something always gives me a glimmer of hope and light...it's these darn cute flutter ponies. To the point I am perfecting wing making...well attempting.

So show off your flutter ponies! This is my tropical breeze showing off my first wing attempt.

Her wings look beautiful! I tried making some for the first time too recently but they didn't turn out as nice as yours.

Wow, Lily is a popular Flutter! I had a hard time picking between her, Rosedust, and Wing Song, but ended up picking Lily because I liked her color combo best as well as her symbol.  ^.^

Ah, Tropical Breeze looks so pretty like that (and tropical!) Awesome job on the wings and the hair!

Tropi is my favourite flutter. She wasn't originally, as a child I wanted Wind Drifter and Wing Song, but when I had birthday money after my 5th birthday, neither of them were there. Tropi was, though, and Dad persuaded me (because Dad likes red) that she was a nice pony. So I got her. She was my only flutter growing up and of course I broke my wings, but over the years I grew to love her. These days I have the set but she's my favourite. So I have her MIB, her original UK box, and a bunch of loose ones including my original childhood pony with her repaired wings.

You can never have too much Tropi. :)

All the flutters in the UK have weird little poems on their boxes and in the factfile but the only one I know from memory is Tropi's, which goes like this:

Flutter ponies bring good luck
No matter what life brings
And when you need a helping hand
Tropical Breeze flutters her wings.

Here are my girls :D I love flutter ponies, have since I was 6!
I have all of them and a few Spanish versions (not shown here), two fatheads and an oddball flutter. Almost all of their wings are repro :)

I wanna try making wings similar to that for mine, now.
I currently have Lily, Tropical Breeze, Morning Glory, Yum Yum and Pink Dreams. Maybe I can find some patterned construction paper and make wings out of that... :think:
