Probably around 400 G1
~20 G2?
A couple hundred G3?
Counting blind bags, probably the same for G4.

All in all there's probably about 1000 in there... one day I'll get a sure count of everything. Next month on the 5 year anniversary of joining the Arena I'm going to do a recount of my G1, with a separate count to include foreign, petite, and mail orders.

None of the G4's are from the standard brushable line, whereas all of the G1s and G3s are.

If I had to guesstimate its somewhere around 150-200 G1's with a few G3's and G4's thrown in. I've really lost count anymore.

I think I might have over 2000 now
as I have continue to add more of everything, like I know I have added all the g3 pegasus MIB  and for G2s I have added sometimes even 3 or 4 different Mocs of some of them ,and added on to the Unicorn armies

I have 365 - 367 ponies in my collection so far.

G1: 52
G2: 6
G3: 5
G4: 302

I also have Moondance and Sunstar from Princess Gwenevere and Jewel Riders. Not sure if they would be considered ponyish enough to add to the count.

I was at 989 and have added at least ten since then. I do count my 33 Equestria girls in there.....  so 966? I think my math is right. I have almost every U.S. g4 released before mid 2015, a full size bookshelf of g3's, and most of the non mo U.S. g1, plus a random collection of nirvana, custom, and g2's.

Like 120? I've only been collecting for just over a year, and now that I have my first job I'm buying SOOO many more, I've gotten sooooo many new ponies this summer

Oops! I completely forgot blind bags and plushies. 

I only had 50 last October.    I got back pay and they said I had to spend it by April or I would be penalized for it. What better way to spend it?  my therapist says at least one pony a month until I have to save more up for spendy ones. You know, the government doesn't count them as an asset?

Not a clue, and that's the truth. I have no idea how many G2 I have, since last time we sorted the attic I found about ten MIP ones I didn't even know I had (and one I'd lost). The loose ones are in a box somewhere and I haven't looked at them in years.

I downsized my G3 but still have around 50 I think.

G4 I have maybe 24 or 25. They're small, I pick them up when I am inspired to, they mostly sit on my bookcase or around my SoSoft cabinet and don't take up much room.

G1...if I tried to count these I'd probably lose the will to live. I'm going to go with "a lot".

I just did a tally of my collection, and it is a lot bigger than I expected.

For G4 I have 117 brushables, 119 blind bags, 35 Fashion Styles, 30 Plushes, 27 McDonalds Ponies, 9 Funkos, 7 Funko Minis, 5 Styling Size, 5 Talking Princess-size ponies, 1 Funko Pop, 6 POP ponies, 1 Guardians of Harmony figure, and 18 various other ponies.

With G3, I have 64 brushables and 2 of the hard plastic Mexican ponies.

Finally, there are 5 G1s.

Altogether it's an even 450.

Adding in Equestria Girls, it comes up to 519.
