It's in-store too. I saw Rarity and Applejack available too.... But yeah, you're right, Muffins isn't included, ooops. I wasn't even sure if they still had her in stock.

The UK is running a "2 for £26" promotion which appears to include everything (aside the super duper Pikachu bundle I believe (they listed most things under the banner but I guess you'll have to add the to the cart to be sure). I got Grumpy Bear and Elliot And I just got my SFS rewards voucher too  In total, I saved £17 (£12 on the promotion, £5 off with the voucher) so nearly got on free 

When I placed my order yesterday they had Celestia, Twilight, Luna, Muffins, Rainbow Dash, and AppleJack. My experience is that they normally also run this in stores but YMMV on what your local carries (and Grumpy and Muffins are online exclusives).
