Rarest or least common Sea Pony?

If you find the prices of the original conch shell shells daunting, please keep in mind that Starlight Studios on Etsy makes very good reproductions of them. Not yet of the clam shells, but I think those are a bit easier to find.
(They also make flutter pony wings and crown clips, who knows, you might need them too someday!)

I just completed my wave 2 clam-shell-ponies collection- Wave Jumper, Sand Dollar and High Tide.  I was able to get them for around AUD $200 each which I think was pretty good!  Fortunately for my bank balance I'm not collecting the more popular conch shell trio.  I just love the three I have

I've also seen the replicas of the conch shells and they look amazing   Some really clever people out there!!

The first adult set of sea ponies, are much easier to find. The shells are still expensive but you could be more like $30 for the pony + shell rather than $200 if you start with the first set.

The first set of adults is so underrated in my opinion. I felt as though I got a steal when I was new and bought all mine. and a steal again when I got them MIB. They are just beautiful set up together with their stuff. actually, all the 83'/year line. I love the colour palette for that entire year! it was very thoughtfully done so all the ponies and accessories really go together.

I agree They are just very unique in their simplicity and so pretty!

for those shells, I would guesstimate $12-$25 with the mint green color one being the most expensive of the trio

I too agree, the adults were really lovely.     Wish I had kept mine.

I managed to purchase the whole second set of adult sea ponies, complete with shells + accessories in mint condition for $500 total from a lovely lady who was getting rid of her childhood toys. Always keep asking around and you might score a lucky deal!
