One of my friends has this tiny fakie, and I was wondering who released it and when!  It's about the size of the G2 McDonalds ponies.

I want to say that is a mini Chap Mei but I am not 100% sure, it could be a knock off of that kind too.

She is a Chap Mei, I have one in that color but in another pose

It was released in the G2 era.  I remember seeing it packaged with another small pony and a larger pony in the same style.

Yep, definitely a chap mei foal. In this set, she comes in three poses, and there are 3 different characters in this size, so 9 foals all up. The poses are head turned back (like yours), head forward, and rearing, and the colours are white, pink and blue.
