I think it is Princess Silver Rain's crown.

Oh wow...thank you.Ironically it came on her.I found her at a carboot sale this weekend complete with crown for 50p.I didnt think for one moment that the crown was originally hers as I could find no info on it.Thanks again.

I think I have that crown floating around as well, minus the jewel (missing.)  Good to know who it belongs to!
