How much are Italian ponies usually worth?

My friend got one for $20 but most I've seen are over $100. The pony she got is in pretty good condition too.

Hers looks like the one from the second link. I'll have to see if she can send me some pictures to post on here. 

Her Bowtie is in pretty good condition. The mane and tail look really nice, the tail also has a ribbon. I'm not sure about the cuitemark, but I'm pretty sure it looks good. The body has a couple marks on it that could probably be washed off.

I'd think $20 or so if she's got the regular pink hair perhaps a little more. Collectors pose Italy Bowtie isn't as common as the shy pose. It's pretty normal for Italy ponies to have rough looking eyes and symbols as they were hand finished
