I have a 3 foot tall Smurf. Have yet to find the vintage cheer bear that's about that big and I think there's a tender heart one that size too-shopko exclusives...

I don't think you are going to be able to get one on US or UK ebay.  Japan gets loads more cute stuff than anywhere else, and they don't really care about/need other markets.

Your best bet if you need one is to shop through a third party buyer like shoppingmalljapan.  https://shoppingmalljapan.com/econfirm.html  The way that works is that you put money into an account, then identify what you want, and they buy it for you and then ship it to you (and charge a commission).
