Anyone have tips for making clothes for obitsu dolls?

Hi there guys!
  I just recently discovered obitsu dolls and I love how you are able to customize them yourself. I just ordered my first one and I was curious about getting clothes for it. I got the 21 cm doll and it seems like that is kind of a weird size because most of the clothes I found are too big or too small. So I was thinking of just making some of my own clothes. Anyway my question is do I need a specific pattern?  Or would it just be easier to mold clothes to fit her once she gets here?  Also what shoes would fit her? I want her to have something like a sneaker can I make those too?
