Does anyone else talk to their ponies?

I will talk to everything inanimate, including furniture and cars. I definitely talk to Ponies! I greet them, randomly talk about fixing them up or random things, exclaim in dismay when they fall over, etc.

I talk to everything, really. The plants in my garden, the car when I'm driving, the phone, and of course, my Twilight... everything, but people.

Even as a kid that's how I used to play. Telepathy mayhaps? Or maybe I'm just a quiet person who doesn't much like the sound of her own voice

I was going to say 'no' but turns out I actually do a lot! Sometimes I just say hello when I walk into my room, or ask if anyone wants to come outside with me today. I'll fall into an endless floods of 'sorry' if I know one over! I find it oddly calming to talk to them...even if they can't talk back!

I think the only time I recall talking to any pony was when I found 'mimic' in the wild...out of earshot of the seller of course, I was all like 'Do you know how much you go for?!'

I like to chat them up yeah!  I often leave on of my nightstand and talk to them if something is driving me crazy (usually schoolwork).  I tend to talk to inanimate objects in general though so nothing new there.

I do that too, the good thing is that they will not tell you to shut up.

I talk to them sometimes but only when I'm alone.

If I accidently knock any of my toys over, I will apologize to them and pick them up xD I will also talk to them especially when I do their hair- when its spa time (omg especially with a thrift store pony....) I tell them I will use my best imported conditioner on them and how I will make them beautiful again xD I show them how pretty they are in the mirror when they are all done and prettied up- absolutely no shame there. Sometimes if toys or dolls "look" sad I will pick them up and hug them and tell them I remember how I got them kiss them and put them back in their spot.  I even say excuse me to my toys if they are on the floor or if I need to schooch them over to look for something or walk around them. I'm too polite to everything IRL.... its so sad.

Hello my missing long lost twin, it's nice to finally meet you.

Yeah, I will literally talk to anything once. I talk to my scooter a lot and of course Cellyzombie. Sometimes it's just in my head but sometimes it's out loud. (I dropped the scoot and was running round picking her up squeaking "You're okay, you're okay you're okay!" and I'm always for some reason talking to her as we're riding along like she's a horse "Eaasy girl....good girl. Gently now" ) i'm always telling the dolls how pretty they are and I apologised to my ponies when I had to pack them away but that when they came back out of the boxes, they would have nice new shelves to play on ...which still hasn't happened yet but will be in the next couple of weeks.

Same. I talk to my husband, pets, toys, really anything that will listen.
