Alas...I dont regroom :) Once a pony is pretty and styled she stays that way no rewashing; saves me worrying about frizzing out hair over time.

However...dust a pony a day...that I could get on board with. I would have to combine mine as I am only home 1 week in about 4 right now :( But I could do 4 ponies a day or something to make up for it lol.

ETA: I keep getting a fatal error with TapaTalk and can't upload photos....

The site doesnt support Tapatalk and we have it disabled - so you will only have minimal options with it and it will be patchy.

That's too bad. I've been using it for years...makes uploading photos and checking in so much simpler.

I had an awesome start!  Today I found a lonely Locket at my local flea market for a quarter.  Sadly she has regrind so bad that her entire body is a different shade from her head.  But still! A pony I didn't have yet for a quarter!  So she became my first victim.

That's fair! ha!

Sure, people are welcome to post photos. I did not take before photos yesterday, but I'll snap an after photo. These three were pretty clean...just needed to get some surface dirt off.

Speaking of which - what does everyone use for cleaning dirt when soap doesn't cut it? I typically use acetone and then rinse with soap and water. However, I cleaned Glory this way this morning and it took forever. Does anyone have a better solution? I forget....do Magic Erasers damage symbols? It would definitely cover more surface area than the q-tips I've been using.

Magic Eraser can damage eyes, symbols and blush... I usually try Oxi Clean when soap won't take the dirt off, it works reasonably well ^^ but Oxi Clean is a problem when it comes to glitter symbols so it's not for every pony...

Thanks, I'll have to give that a try.

Nice work, what a world of difference! I had Locket as a kid. What a pretty pony she is.

I did 12 last week, but I haven't done any in ages, unless you count my travel rarity, but that was 2-3 weeks ago now I think. I didn't do any curling though, but I did wash some hair, I think I have 3 or 4 G3's left and some fakies in that bag left to do, then organizing sales to start up again and get some dosh for ponycon. So I'll jump on board, but it'll be "do something constructive pony-related a day" for me, haha! The only good thing about ponies being in storage is that I don't have to clean them!

I might try for the 1 pony a week. I managed to corral some friends to help me a few weeks ago and managed to get 3/4 of my collection at least washed if not styled. I have hopes for a place to show off my collection to the public sometime in June so I want to get them all pretty for their big public debut.

Yesterday I recurled Ringlet or Ringlets, I forget which (yellow peg). I'm too tired to work on anyone tonight, so I'll do two tomorrow.

How about everyone else? Making any progress this week?

I shall be cleaning and tidying pony hair either tomorrow or Sunday depending on what time I get up. I shall take a photo of the group so far (paper towels, rubber bands and all).

I've fallen ill, so I've not done many this week. I did do 3 earlier this week, I'll have to make up for it next week. I do have 4 left to clean in the pile, so I'll add them to next weeks tasks. All Good!

This is an awesome idea, my ponies have been in storage so some could do with a little fussing and primping as I move them from.on storage container to their new one. I also have some out of box g4s that need taming.

I shall see what I can do!

Here is my first week of ponies!  I went back and actually styled Locket's hair.  This has been a great idea.  Doing it one pony at a time is a lot less intimidating and I'm actually making progress rather than keep putting it off.
