Are the neon rainbow power ponies rare?

I am mainly asking because I am traveling around Europe and I think I saw the second wave in a toy store in the Netherlands.   

They did not have Holly Dash but they did have Rarity.  So if I find any more of these guys are they worth picking up?

So behind on G4 right now.  Wish I had know about these when I as at the toy store.  Although, I did buy a Pinkie Pie.

And any other g4 exclusives I should look for?

Holly Dash is definitely a want for collectors I've seen...or at least her ebay price would suggest so She's even on my wishlist.

I'm not sure about the Mane 6. I think a lot of people get tired of repeats, but maybe some particularly want someone from that set. Thoughts, anyone?
