How do you take your caffeine?

Very strong black coffee and tea, especially if it's lapsang souchong! I really love keemun tea as well but that stuff seems to be like gold dust and something about ordering tea online feels really extravagant, even though it's my only option for getting that particular tea.

I drink tea, but not because of caffeine. I do however avoid any tea except herbal after 10 pm or I will not be able to sleep.

I like to brew tea on occasion, mostly green and black teas. I'm allergic to coffee.

Of all of those, the only one I drink/take is pop (or soda, whatever!  ), so I have to go with that.

I don't actively think of it as drinking caffeine. I'm just kind of addicted. >.< I do have caffeine-free Coke I drink in the hours coming up to when I need to go to bed, though, so I do put some thought into it, I suppose.

My top choice would be tea, followed by coffee. I keep a wide variety of teas and how much caffeine is in them (are they black, white etc?) often determines what time of day I'll have certain blends. Coffee is more something I have with my family then something I would normally choose for myself by myself.

I chose no caffeine, but I do drink tea at restaurants. If we go to BWW, I might have a Pepsi. I stopped drinking caffeine when I was pregnant the first time, and the next time I drank some, I felt like I might have a heart attack! I drink decaf tea at home.

tea though I try to avoid caffeine when I can.  Its got some negative side effects I can live without.

It's really bad, but I'm totally addicted to Diet Coke, I just can't wean myself off the stuff. I have about 2 500ml bottles a day, sometimes more- eek!

Cappucino or caramel macchiato
Infusing tea longer doesn't affect it's caffeine content, BTW, just concentrates tannin more (makes it bitter).
Oh and i cannot drink Coke anymore, since i had chemo.. nowadays it tastes like turpentine for me... Yukkk!

I'm pretty addicted to Coca Cola but I'm really trying to cut back.  I'm only drinking it on the weekends, with some minor exceptions.

Otherwise, my second choice is tea, though I don't drink it for the caffeine. 
I'll have coffee maybe once every two weeks?  I'm not a big Starbucks consumer but I'll go if someone else is (or if I'm really tired.)
