Disney pin trading?

Does anyone here disney pin trade? I just recently started a instagram trading account and was wondering if any of you guys here trade as well!!

I love collecting disney pins, but no one I know collects them.

I do.  I used to work there so I got pretty into it.  Now I paint backgrounds on canvas and put the pins in as part of the picture.

I don't trade online, but I do in the parks. I've been collecting pins ever since I got my first pin when I first went to WDW at 4 years old.

Right now, my favorite characters to collect are stitch, figment, and pooh and his friends.

Pokeyonekenobie, That is so neat! I love trading pins. I have only traded in the park and with my nephew. I haven't traded online with anyone because I get a lot of pins on eBay and I worry about scrapers. I love all the pins, so it doesn't really bother me, but I know it does bother others. I wish they sold pins in Disney stores. Here is my collection.

I got into it when I was a cast member for pirates of the caribbean.
I never really traded them though, just collected them.

Thats pretty cool!! If you ever want to know how to tell scrappers from real pins I might be able to help (: and if you ever want to trade online Idont care if a pin is a scrapper or not. All the pins I have for trade are 100% authentic though.

I collect them, but I am not at the point where I can trade yet as I am still trying to get the ones I want.  I don't have any I am willing to let go of at this point.

Yes!!! Unfortunately, I've only actually been to the parks twice,  but my mom and I love collecting and trading the pins while we're there!

That's how I am. I think they are neat regardless! Pinpics.com is a pretty good site that offers some info on possible scrappers. It also lets you keep track of your pins.

I dont trade but i hope to someday when my collection gets bigger.Though I mostly collect Haunted Mansion pins :0

@Scooterbec122 & kaoskat, thanks so much!  I'm glad you like them.

I've actually got an entire pin book full of pins waiting for backgrounds and my friend bought me two pin sets for Christmas to make backgrounds for, too.  I should really get on that. 


@Tikibirds, when did you work Pirates?  I worked at All Star Music back in 2003 and the Kilimanjaro Safari in 2007, both times as a CP.  My friend Jack worked at Pirates for a while.  I think he's at the Mansion now, though.
