HELP! I need to I.D. this "No Country" Pony?!?!

I have been looking high and low trying to identify her...if anyone could help me that would be great! she is only marked with 1982 Hasbro Pat. Pend. on one foot. She looks like a brown Blue belle? :pout: :blink: any guesses on her worth?

I used to own her, she is an Argentina pony that was dyed. :satisfied: probably worth about $25-$30
