Anyone here got whiskey to spare?

I just had to use half a PTO day to go and check on my Dad.  He hadn't answered any of my calls (both cell and landline) since last afternoon and it had me worried, since he almost always answers his calls.  As it turned out, the reason was because the ringer on the landline was turned off and he somehow turned off all sounds on his cellphone.
