Who loves to color? I know I do! 

With the surge of adult coloring books becoming popular, and with the world of pony being full of kiddie ones, I thought it would be nice to have a thread to share our finished coloring book pages!

This is my personal favorite from the Animorphia adult coloring book. It took my forever to do that one deer and it's the only thing in it I've colored so far The colored dear represents nature, the other will be decay and death.

fun! your shading technique is amazing!! and i love the attention to the direction of the "strokes" (are they still strokes with a pencil) in the pony pictures.

will you be coloring the other deer?
i think its a pretty bold statement, as is, but it would be cool to see it all in muted tones in contrast to the lively of the other. or even all shaded in gray and browns.
can't wait to see what you decide.

Yes the other deer will be done in time. It's just very time consuming to do! You can see bits of his antlers are done though. It'll be browns, greys, reddish-browns and black  It was originally going to be "life and death" where the colored deer started off more silvery and yellow but as I progressed he became green and I switched it to nature and decay. However, both deer will have signs of the other in them to represent the full life cycle

I like the white dots on Twilights mane and tail and Spike's scales!  But that deer is absolutely stunning.  What a cool design idea too.    I love coloring.  I don't have a MLP coloring book, but I have others.  I love my mandala one!

Omg you have Animorphia!! I picked it up a few weeks ago and am in love with coloring the little doodles! So far I've done the fox and the bear.  I like it a lot more than other adult coloring books.  Have you seen the other one called Doodle invasion?  I was thinking about ordering it.

Wonderful! Doddle Invasion looks great too! I prefer books like that because I like having bigger spaces to color rather than small ones like mandalas or ones with lots of patterns (most of them do sadly ><)

I did break that preference and bought a Secret Garden coloring Calendar to use this year. Here's Janunary
