Since I see that a few people have looked at this thread and you may come across one of these with a fur trim... You need time for this type of project. This took me about 6 hours, but I did it while binge watching Once Upon a Time so it was all good. Pic spam to follow.

logincut your pieces about 1" sew good sides out small stitches. Shove into ear canal and sew back into ear, I pulled just a bit of the existing fur to the front.

loginPush it all back through the pouch again. I choose to turn the head just a touch more naturally toward kittys white belly fur.
Re-attached to head. your fingers will hurt. I used a very thin needle for stitching back to the face. I also used the seam ripper to make the holes bigger if need be.
