Travel 20 miles (and an hour+) to my Aunt-In-Laws Christmas Eve.  Home all day Christmas, our best friends and my Father-in-Law come to us for dinner.  An for the first time since my parent left me 4 years ago to move closer to my brothers family, I'm flying 800+ miles to be with MY family the week AFTER Christmas. 

So, umm, crazy this year.  Usually not crazy.

Heading down to North Carolina from Virginia this year, so almost 200 miles, though that's due to my rents recently migrating south. If I want to visit the rest of the family I'll have to travel 4 hrs north to PA rather than 2.5 hrs south to NC

Staying put. I had to fly back home unexpectedly twice this month, so there is no way I'm asking for more time off work and paying for/enduring another flight. Originally, my brother was going to come here for Christmas, but he was in the same situation as me so I doubt he's planning another trip anytime soon.

It's going to be a lonely Christmas this year.

I just moved to Portland from the San Francisco bay area, and we are flying back to spend the Holidays with our family back in California because it would be too sad not too!

Staying home, and working! I'm the ONLY person in my bloodline who lives this far south and in Texas at that- my entore 'family' if I can call them that is either in the very northern States or other Countries LOL yeah im forced to spend time with my inlaws. xD

We usually spend Christmas at my parents' house; me, my brothers and nieces. This year however, we'll be spending Christmas at my oldest brother's new house in the next town over.

My father and third older brother are the ones actually building the house from scratch, hoping my oldest brother and his family will be moved in by December 15th. So if everything goes according to plan, we'll be having a Merry Christmas in a beautiful new house this year!

We'll be renting a car and drive over 60 miles to a house in the middle of nowhere with no wifi to spend time with my mom, my siblings, moms boyfriend (his house) and his children (I think). There will be woods, open fields and nothing to do but get in each others way and I am both excited and scared to death. There's a reason we all live so far away from each other . We'll be driving home again the next day luckily enough.

I'm in China. Its not worth it to fly back to New york for one day. It took me 2.5 days just to GET here...

Well, I went back home to Germany this week to spend the holidays with my parents, so about 10.000 km for me.

Me and my boyfriend are going to London on Thursday on vacation. Never been there Before so it will be great. Weré staying at home on Christmas with the family.

522.5 miles, the internet tells me. I'm travelling to Germany to spend Christmas with my mum, my brother and our dog. I'm looking forward to it very much, though I know I'll miss the UK and my friends here like crazy.
